The Rules
Let’s keep this simple, I’m a bear of very little brain, so three main rules will suffice:
- A story is a piece of writing over 520 words
- One story a week, for 52 weeks
- This total does not include guest stories – they are a bonus
A story can consist of the following:
- One shots. A one of short with a full arc; a start, middle and end.
- Serials, no greater than six parts. The serials will again have a full story arc. Possibly spread over many weeks with other entries in between.
- Snippits. These are scenes, events, from larger stories, perhaps just the event or perhaps the entire chapter from a novel.

I cannot pay guest authors, but I can promise some wee tiny promotion, well, practically none in fact unless this project takes off in some way. More useful perhaps is an ‘I O U one writing piece card’ for when you want a break from updating your website. Quid pro quo! Or lorem ipsum, as my blog used to say.
